Fotini Alexopoulou transforms every Pilates class into a wellness experience. With a background in classical ballet and expertise in Pilates, she combines grace, strength, and alignment. Her guidance blends knowledge, care, and inspiration, leading you with precision and attention, helping your body build endurance, flexibility, and balance.
Dimitra Akavalou approaches Pilates with simplicity and a positive mindset. She has experience in mat, reformer and the full range of Pilates equipment, adapting each session to suit the group and the participant's level. She is also specialized in Pilates during pregnancy and postpartum, with a strong emphasis on safe and mindful movement. As part of the retreat, her goal is to create a space where movement is combined with relaxation and care, offering a complete wellness experience.
